The 20 g / 45 g / 30 s recipe is a starting point for a professional espresso machine with a double basket. For automatic machines and smaller baskets, adjust the dose to suit your equipment.

Bisoke brings fuller body, milk chocolate and a juicy touch of grilled pineapple. Wayuu rounds out the blend with cocoa, mirabelle plum and the sweetness of chocolate pralines.

Bisoke is one of Rwanda Trading Company’s projects. Since 2009, RTC has been showing the potential of Rwandan coffee. Unlike Rwanda’s more traditional washed coffees, this lot is processed using the natural method.
RTC focuses on fair compensation and financial, social and environmental sustainability. We are proud to support an approach that combines quality with long-term care throughout the supply chain.

Wayuu is a Siruma project supporting smallholder farmers while maintaining transparency, fair compensation and specialty-coffee standards. The cherries come from farmers in and around the town of Betania whose individual harvests are too small to form separate lots.
Siruma shares expertise in cultivation and processing with the producers. The coffee was washed and fermented for 12–36 hours, with the process adapted to the individual varieties. Participating farmers were able to receive purchase prices up to 50% higher than the usual local rates.

Dva světy is not a compromise
For us, creating a blend does not mean hiding origin or trading character for uniformity. We chose two traceable coffees whose qualities enhance one another in espresso.
The result is a cup with enough energy and fruitiness to be exciting on its own, yet enough sweetness and body to stand up beautifully in milk.

For a professional espresso machine with a double basket, start with a 20 g dose, a 45 g beverage yield and an extraction time of approximately 30 seconds. Automatic machines and smaller baskets generally use a lower dose, so adjust the recipe to suit your equipment.
Does the blend contain robusta?
No. Both components are 100% arabica specialty coffees.
What is the Dva světy pack size?
Dva světy comes in a 500 g pack, a unique size in the Dos Mundos range. The number of drinks you can prepare depends on your machine, basket size and chosen dose.
